What this site is

aerovalen is an editorial guide to eighteen hotels. It publishes written descriptions, photographs and short practical notes. It is not a travel agency, a tour operator, a booking service or an intermediary of any kind. We take no reservations, hold no availability and pass no enquiries to hotels.

Accuracy

Entries are compiled from published material: hotel websites, architectural writing and public records about the buildings. Each entry carries the month it was last read against those sources. Details change without notice, and we give no warranty that anything here is current, complete or free of error. Check anything that matters directly with the hotel before you travel.

Not advice

Nothing on this site is advice to buy, book or travel, and nothing here is a recommendation of one hotel over another. We publish no prices, no star classifications and no ratings. Decisions about your travel remain yours.

Links within these pages point to other pages of this site. Where an external address appears in the text, we have no control over that site and take no responsibility for its content or its handling of your data.

Rights in the material

Texts, photographs and the layout of this site belong to their authors and may not be reproduced, republished or used to train automated systems without written permission. Hotel names, marks and trading names belong to the businesses that hold them, and their appearance here is descriptive and does not imply any association.

Corrections

If you find a factual error, write to us through the contact page. Any hotel described here may send a correction about itself, and it will be checked against published sources and applied where it is confirmed. The month of the last reading is updated when an entry is revised.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on the information published here, or from the unavailability of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

These terms may be amended. The version published on this page is the one that applies to your use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory protection available to you as a consumer where you live.

Casino Hotels

The Casino Hotels section describes four Canadian hotels that contain a gaming floor. aerovalen describes hotels and does not promote gambling, takes no commissions and links to no operators. Casinos are for adults only: in Canada the minimum age is 19 in most provinces and 18 in Québec.
